Parents, please note that our camp is a day camp and that all children must be picked up no later than 5:00 PM each day of camp. Also, no children under 9 or over 12 will be accepted, with the exception of a small number of middle and high school students that will help with camp.

Camp registration is Saturday, May 5th from 10:00-3:00 PM at the Law Enforcement Center Patrol Office. The Patrol Office is located at 610 Main Street, Gainesville, GA 30501. For any questions, please call your child’s ADVANCE officer, listed on the registration form. The registration form can be downloaded here. If your prefer, you can call the ADVANCE Office at 770-533-7806. The fax number to which to send forms is 770-533-7803. PLEASE NOTE: If you fax a form it is the your responsibility to follow up and insure that the form was received.

Upon downloading the camp form, you may fax the form to 770-533-7803. (Note: You are still required to attend the camp registration on May 14th.)

The camp is June 13-17, 2011 and will be at the Free Chapel Worship Center North Campus. Camp registration is free of charge. To sign up for the camp as a camper, camp helper, or parent volunteer, you MUST attend the camp registration on Saturday, May 14th, at the Hall County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center. Times of the registration will be 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Eligibility Requirements: (Camper Registration and attendance)
2011 ADVANCE Summer camp will be limited to 5th grade graduates of the ADVANCE curriculum and 6th grade graduates of the GREAT program only. No children under the age of 9 or over the age of 12 will be allowed to register and attend the ADVANCE camp. No exceptions. Note: Space is limited so make sure you arrive early at the camp registration.

High-School Helpers: (Helpers for team leaders)
Each team leader may select 2-3 high students to assist with his/her team. This will be a total of 18 students and no additional high school students may be selected. These students will be selected by team leaders will work under the guidance of the team leader.
